Joshua Dillon Haynes is a U.S. citizen who was arrested for partaking in the 2021 United States Capitol storming. He however, was released on a $10,000 bond.
He was however, arrested a second time for domestic abuse, this time for directly assaulting and attempting to murder a family member at his home in Covington, Virginia. He faces more federal charges involving his domestic abuse, including strangling and attempted murder charges.
