He was known for being a media priest who used to appear a lot on television shows to raise funds for the Foundation. The first cause for sexual abuse was filed in 1991 in the Mercedes Juvenile Court, but only after 22 years, after many comings and goings with the free priest, the prosecution declared his imprisonment. The threats, intimidation, physical and verbal attacks and aggressions both against the complainants and against the witnesses were a constant in this case. He was also sentenced to two more years in prison for another cause for the crime of embezzlement of the Foundation's funds and for the diversion of donations for his own benefit.
