Kenneth Rader is a novelist who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming. Prior to the riots, Rader was a novelist who published a semi-autobiographical novel, Psychotic Monkey, which detailed his journey of drug addiction and criminal past for 30 years.

Surveillance footage identified Rader as a man wearing a blue "Trump 2020" hoodie. Further evidence spectated that he walked into the Senate wing entrance of the capitol. He has been shown to be talking to other rioters, threatening to murder and overthrow former Vice President Mike Pence. Investigation of his social media shows that he is also an adherent of QAnon.

He was arrested in January 2022, a year after the capitol riot. He has pleaded not guilty to his crimes.
