==== March in Mexico City ==== In July 2017, many members of the legion decided to hold a march as a "protest" that the Mexican media blamed Legion Holk as being responsible for the Monterrey massacre. The idea was to walk through the streets of Mexico City from the Palace of Fine Arts to the Monument to the Revolution, and from there to a central plaza without incident. But, after the course of the march, many began to throw water, bottles, notebooks and garbage. Hundreds of people were already seeking refuge to avoid some kind of confrontation with the legion. The demonstration raised expectations on the part of the capital police and ordered them to withdraw from the area. There were no arrests or clashes.
