His logo is based on the "Spoderman" meme. The legion was created in 2014 by a user named Bruno Bryan, until his last moment when on his support page they published that Facebook deleted the Legion Holk page on January 27, 2019.

During the summer of 2016, Holk Legion raised a hashtag on Facebook called #Nomasfeminismo. The tendency was for the followers of the legion to publish "zings" with messages that violence against women is love. Both boys and girls published photos with posters that carried messages of support for gender violence. There is a compilation video <ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pie2MH5LlMc</ref>with several examples.

Monterrey Shooting

In January 2017, a student from Colegio Americano del Noreste (a private school south of Monterrey) shot his teacher and several of his classmates to death before committing suicide. The curious thing is that the young man, whose name was [[Federico Guevara Elizondo|Federico Guevara]], had announced the attack on the Legion Holk page. Many members of the legion supported the attacker when he announced the message.

In July 2017, many members of the legion decided to hold a march as a "protest" that the Mexican media blamed Legion Holk as being responsible for the Monterrey massacre. The idea was to walk through the streets of Mexico City from the Palace of Fine Arts to the Monument to the Revolution, and from there to a central plaza without incident. But, after the course of the march, many began to throw water, bottles, notebooks and garbage. Hundreds of people were already seeking refuge to avoid some kind of confrontation with the legion. The demonstration raised expectations on the part of the capital police and ordered them to withdraw from the area. There were no arrests or clashes.

During March 18, 2018, the legion raised another hashtag called #SiEsGayEsViolador. The hashtag was trending on twitter with 54 thousand tweets reaching position 7 in trends. In addition, many people posted photos of firearms with paleles that had <nowiki>''</nowiki>#SiEsGayEsViolador<nowiki>''</nowiki> and <nowiki>''</nowiki>#HailLH<nowiki>''</nowiki> written on them. Others used it by publishing news about cases of sexual harassment among the LGBTQ community. While this was happening, other users mentioned Twitter moderation to be removed from the platform. The "trends" of the hashtag had appeared in multiple media outlets and newscasts. The hashtag was trending for 18 hours until Twitter moderation removed it from its platform. Currently you can only see some tweets from abandoned accounts that used the hashtag.

== Close ==
The legion had its last moments at the end of 2018 when the Facebook administration took down the Red Holk Legion page. During that time, the official page was losing its algorithm. It was not until January 27, 2019, that Facebook removed the official page of the legion permanently. On that day, Holk, the group's leader, announced this on his personal page<ref>https://www.facebook.com/holksupport1.0/photos/a.789951438006193/804044149930255/</ref>. Throughout the year of 2019 I try to keep his group active and in some cases, revive it. It was not until September 29, 2019, when Holk published his last post with the message "Now you will only remain in our memories", with a photo of the legion's logo<ref>https://www.facebook.com/holksupport1.0/photos/a.789951438006193/967013130300022/</ref>.

Currently, all that remains of the legion are pages that try to revive the group but eventually fail. The Holk Legion was declared "dead" in mid-2020.
