[[File:Lissette Ortiz.jpg|thumb|375x375px]] '''Lissette Ortiz''' (born 1965) is a villainess who masterminded a murder-for-hire attempt in 2019. Lissette Ortiz was previously in a relationship with Marni Washington, a Chicago-based police officer, but it came to an end during the summer of 2019 after Marni was accused of domestic battery. Marni was acquitted of the charges and began dating a 62-year-old woman, whose name wasn't revealed in the report. Upon learning about Marni's new relationship, Lissette turned heel and planned to have her ex's new lover kidnapped. As part of the original plan, Lissette approached a handyman and gave two monetary offers: either $5000 to abduct the woman, or $500 and a TV to find someone who would commit the abduction. Her motive was to prevent Marni from spending Thanksgiving with her target, and regarding the handyman, he took the offer to find someone would abduct her. Unbeknownst to Lissette, the handyman went to police, leading to an undercover officer meeting the villainess to discuss the plan. Before the meeting, the evil Lissette decided to change her plan from abduction to murder-for-hire, telling the "hitman" that she wanted her romantic rival taken and set on fire in her car. In a second meeting, Lissette stated that she would be fleeing to Puerto Rico, but instead, she was arrested on November 20, with a court date set for December 2.
