Los Antrax (Spanish: The Anthrax) are a hit squad associated with the Sinaloa Cartel. They began as the bodyguard force of Ismael Zambada García, and were named for their founder, Jose Rodrigo Arechiga Gamboa, aka "El Chino Antrax". Founded in 2008, Los Antrax subsequently expanded their operations beyond protection, frequently taking part in the Sinaloa Cartel's conflicts with the Beltran-Leyva Cartel battling Los Zetas.
In 2014 El Chino Antrax was arrested, and was replaced by Claudia Ochoa Felix.
