'''Luka Rocco Magnotta''' (July 24<sup>th</sup>, 1982 - ) is a Canadian convicted murderer and former model, escort, and pornographic actor. He was born with the name '''Eric Clinton Kirk Newman''', but had it legally changed on August 12<sup>th</sup>, 2006.

He has been variously known as '''the Canadian Psycho''' and '''the Butcher of Montréal''' (among other nicknames) because he filmed the killing of 33-year-old Chinese international student Jun Lin.
