==Trial==
Martin Shkreli was arrested on December 17<sup>th</sup>, 2015 by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Shkreli was charged with 8 counts of securities fraud. Charges were filed after an investigation into his tenure at is other companies, which is similar to that of a Ponzi scheme. On August 14<sup>th</sup>, 2017, Shkreli was found guilty on two counts of securities fraud and was sentenced to seven years in prison, and had to pay fines up to $7.4 million. He is currently held at Federal Correctional Institution, Allenwood Low.
