It has also been speculated that Mary's mother had made multiple attempts on her daughter's life, and tried to make her murder look like an accident. Mary's mother also forced her into doing sexual acts with her employers. Mary was also shown as being a very violent individual and would constantly attack her peers. It took time, however, for her actions to become fatal.
