Matthew Capsel, better known as Mateo Q. Capsel on social media, is a QAnon adherent and Illinois rioter who raided the capitol on January 6, 2021.
Capsel was shown in a Tik Tok video beating and assaulting a National Guardsman. He was later pepper sprayed and successfully arrested in the midst of the riots. He was permanently banned from all of his social media accounts following his crimes.
