Matthew Alexander Falder
(born November 1988) is a sexually depraved and serial blackmailer covered under anonymity who forced his victims to send degrading images of themselves like licking toilets or crimes against a third person, such as a rape or a assault. Falder hid behind anonymous accounts on the web and then republished the images to get a higher status on the dark web. The researchers said they "delighted" in getting the images shared on hardcore websites. The National Crime Agency (NCA) described him as "one of the most prolific and depraved criminals with those who have been found."
