Matthew Mark Wood is a 23-year-old man who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming. Wood was caught successfully entering the U.S. Capitol building carrying a Trump flag. He was inside the building for over an hour parading, demonstrating, and picketing.

Video evidence shows that Wood additionally encouraged others to engage and fight police, though he himself did not physically attack police.
