1. Dont add murderer to a mass murderer, since it is already contained, murderer is for those who kill one or two people.
1. Don't add murderer to a serial killer, since it is already contained, murderer is for those who kill one or two people.
2. The following categories are not allowed - so please delete them if you see any of these - Unevil; Angry Villains; Life-Drainers; Main Antagonists (we have Big Bads); Ax Crazy (repeat of psychopath); white supremacist (White Supremacy is accepable/ not the other form); iconic villains (causes way too much controversy and is a bit too ymmv); angry white guys; and War Criminals (repeat of the non-plural version)
3. Don't add any articles that happen to be religiously biased (such as saying that there is no god or that a person will burn in hell (we dont have an official religious belief. However; you can COMMENT using your religious beliefs; just dont put any biased information in articles.
4. The religion categories and the religious articles are fine for this site; and the categories are fine and are for villains of those religions; we are not saying that those beliefs are villainous by any stretch.
5. From now on there is to be only one Candidate for Deletion Category, namely the one that is spelt "Candidate for Deletion," adding any of the others is not allowed, as it really does nothing more than clutter up the sight.

2. Don't add any articles that happen to be religiously biased (such as saying that there is no god or that a person will burn in hell (we dont have an official religious belief. However; you can COMMENT using your religious beliefs; just dont put any biased information in articles.
3.From now on, Categories determined specific religious beliefs or lack of have been banned, as it is only on very rare occasions that villains in questions religious beliefs had any thing to do with there acts of villainy. As such the Categories: Christians; Muslims; and Atheists have been deleted. In future, the use of Fanatics and Anti-Religious are to be used when appropriate.
4. Any personally motivated articles are strictly prohibited. All articles are to be approached with no bias or personal feelings.
5. Following discussion the category "Absolute Evil" has been deleted, do not restore it. Likewise due to overuse of supremacist categories, there will now only be one category for all Supremacist's, namely "Supremacists".
6. Following disputes over what criminals warrant a page and which don't, I have introduced the [[Specifications for Warranting a Page]]. Please examine, and mark any pages that do qualify for deletion.
7. Remember to have respect for other users.
8. Following multiple edit wars the [[Pages we need to add]] page has been unlocked, but edit wars will NOT be tolerated! Both parties involved in edit wars will be warned and blocked if they persist.
9. We are also under category cleanup right now as we have a very large category database. With that being said, do not undo category cleanup and also, do not create new categories as we obviously already have enough.
10. Adding to the above rule about category cleanup, DO NOT remake deleted categories or pages! Violators will be blocked a minimum of ONE WEEK. There is NO EXCUSE. Do NOT TRY to say "I didn't know it was deleted". There are little yellow banners at the top of opened editing panes. READ THEM. They have IMPORTANT INFORMATION such as when a page was deleted and it will say "You are about to remake a deleted page". So NO EXCUSES will be accepted if you get a block for remaking pages and categories WITHOUT ADMIN APPROVAL. UPDATE TO THIS RULE: We will be more accepting to users who don't know any better, but won't to users who have been warned about this in the past, on the other hand.

And also; NO PLAGIARISM other than from Villains Wiki (though there should no longer be any real life articles there; but when it DID happen; they were excused)
