Mengistu Haile Mariam
Mengistu Haile Mariam was the leader of Ethiopia known for starting a large outbreak that killed 12 million people. He considered himself to be the "Anti - God" and preached against all religion. He was impeached in 1991 by rebel forces. He is still imprisoned.
