'''Michael Fitzgerald''' is a 42-year-old citizen from Janesville, Wisconsin, who participated in the [[2021 United States Capitol storming|Capitol Riots]] on January 6, 2021.

According to criminal complaints, Fitzgerald was part of a group of rioters that were batter-ramming a podium into a doorway when Capitol Police were using another podium as a barrier to block insurrectionists from entering the capitol. Evidence has identified Fitzgerald as a man wearing a shirt that read, "there will be a Wild Protest, Washington, D.C., Jan. 6, 2021, 12:00.". 

Fitzgerald was arrested and faces felony charges, including knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building without lawful authority.
