Michael T Rafferdy and Terri Lynne McClintic were two child murderers from Canada known for raping and killing an 8-year old girl. Whats even more shocking is that they were family friends of her parents. Also, a police officer was arrested because he knew of the case but tried to hide it from the other officers. All three were arrested.
