Miguel "Mike" Ramirez (March 9th, 1948 - April, 1995) was a former Green Beret and a sadistic war criminal during the Vietnam War. He had a large enjoyment of slaughtering innocent civilians. He was the cousin of serial killer Richard Ramirez, better known as the Night Stalker.
