Mike Ramirez was a former Green Beret and a sadistic war criminal during the Vietnam War. He had a large enjoyment of slaughtering innocent civilians. He was the cousin of serial killer Richard Ramirez. He even went as far as changing Richard into a killer and killing his wife.
