Mike Ramirez
Mike Ramirez was a former Green Beret and a sadistic war criminal during the Vietnam War. He had a large enjoyment of slaughtering innocent civilians. He was the cousin of serial killer Richard Ramirez. He even went as far as changing Richard into a killer and killing his wife.
He showed Richard many Polaroids where he was violating, torturing and killing Vietnamese women, including one picture of him posing with the severed head of a woman he'd killed. Also, he taught Richard techniques to murder with stealth, same that he learned on the army.
