Mike Ramirez
Mike Ramirez was a sadistic war criminal during the Vietnam War. He had a large enjoyment of slaughtering innocent civilians. He was the cousin of Richard. He even went as far as changing Richard into a serial killer and killing his wife.
He showed Richard many polaroids where he was violating, torturing and killing vietnamese womens. Also, he taught Richard techniques to murder with stealth, same that he learned on the army.
