Michael Thomas "Mike" Rice Jr. (February 13th, 1969 - ) is an American College Basketball coach at Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania and later at Rutger University in New Jersey. On April 2nd, 2013, ESPN aired Rutgers practice videos showing Rice verbally and physically abusing players. The next day, Rice was fired as head coach.
