'''Misandry''' is the deep hatred or dislike of men and boys. They are also called male-hating. It is the counterpart of [[misogyny]] (hatred of women and girls) and also a form of [[sexism]]. Misandrists are often radical feminists who hate men, but there are also cases of men who harbor a hatred of other men for varying reasons. These are people who abuse, mistreat, and/or dominate over men and boys. It can be physical or emotional abuse or it may be a deep-rooted prejudice against equal rights. A misandrist may see boys and men as evil, debased or even subhuman and mere objects.
