Mushin Musa Matwalli Atwah, AKA Abdul Rahman, Abu Abdul Rahman al-Muhajir, Abdel Rahman, Abu Turab, Ibrahim al-Muhajir al-Masri and Mohammed al-Namer (19th June 1964 - 12th April 2006) was an Egyptian national wanted by the United States of America for his involvement in the 1998 US Embassy bombings.
Biography edit
Atwah was responsible for constructing the bombs used in the attacks on the embassies, wiring them up to the inside workings of the cars and attaching the detonators to them. For this, the United States government issued an indictment for him and 20 others involved in the bombings, alleging that he had been a member of Al-Qaeda since 1990 and had engaged in Arms trafficking with Islamic militants, as well as being responsible for training Somali militants who attacked the US army alongside Al-Qaeda military chief Mohammed Atef.
