Basically, they are spreading propaganda through social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook, most of which contain racist elements such as anti-Korean and anti-Chinese. They also slander controversial politicians, communists etc. under the guise of criticism, which in some cases leads to Cyberbullying. ==Activity== They are very similar to Kodo suru hosyu and operate mainly on the Internet. Basically, they generalize and accuse Koreans and Chinese by citing the villainy and bad hoax of South Korea, North Korea and People's Republic of China. They also tend to slander Japanese controversial politicians and prime ministers, and overly blamed Otakus. However, they do not criticize Chinese characters, especially when they appear in the anime. Probably because Chinese people had already appeared in anime in their time. However, if something about Korea appears in an anime, they will attack that anime. They mainly consist of Zaitokukai, JAnon, and in terms of far-right, Unplug, which is anti-vaxxers, also falls into this category. ===Special cases=== *On May 6, 2020, Shinzo Abe made a streaming on Nico Nico Douga, and a number of slander comments were posted by Netto-uyoku. This streaming was to solicit questions from viewers about the response to COVID-19, and racist comments and slanderous comments were written in the streaming. *On May, 2018, one of Japanese internet controversies, "spring festival to ban Netouyo", a large number of people for pleasure on the 2channel reported Netto-uyoku on Youtube. Most of the reported Netto-uyoku were users who had posted videos including Nanjing massacre denial, comfort woman denial, anti-Korean and anti- Chinese, which they criticized as being pro-Chinese on the part of Youtube. *On January 6, 2020, Japanese Trump supporters, known as JAnon, took to the streets of Tokyo. The movement involved many believers of Happy Science and other propagandists. == Organizations considered to be Netto-uyoku == * Cultured Person Broadcasting * Kōdō suru hosyu * Japan Cultural Channel Sakura * Shikishima-kai * Shukenkai * Team Kansai *Wakamiya Kaikoujuku * Zaitokukai ===JAnon=== *Himalaya Hujikai (New Federal State of China) *Happiness Realization Party * Japan Cultural Channel Sakura *Okinawa Policy Research Forum Japan * One Korea Daily News * Q Army Japan Flynn *Yamato Q *World Peace and Unification Sanctuary
