Nick Stoutzenberger also known as Nick Bate (September 1st 1991-) is a former youtuber, vlogger, artist and musician. he's mostly known for making vlogs as well mocked online for his personal habits. In 2015, Nick was arrested by the police for raping his own underaged sister, where he currently serves prison for a time of 16 1/2 to 40 years.

Personal Life

Nick Bate was born on September 1, 1991, in the state of Pennsylvania. He was living with his two parents at the time. His aunt, Joyce, has claimed that his father was abusive and an alcoholic, which resulted in the parents getting a divorce when he was ten years old. He also has a half-sister from a future relationship named Amber.

He originally attended Penn Manor School District where he was placed in emotional support in 4th grade. Some teachers described him as smart and funny but was anti-social and became irritated in loud areas. From the 7th to the 10th grade, he was home schooled by his mother, Carol and Joyce. Nick graduated high school in 2008-2009 where afterwards, Joyce helped him sign up for social security. While he has claimed that he has autism, a psychic evaluation showcased that he was able to reach cognitive milestones in which some with autism couldn't. He took medication for anxiety and depression.

Nick had admitted that he liked to cross dress as a woman and wear female panties, although he still considered himself as a heterosexual. Some of his early internet activity can be dated back to 2007 and 2008 when he originally created a LiveJournal and DeviantArt account. He was mostly discovered on a forum website called 789chan which was dedicated to another mocked YouTuber, Chris Chan.

Nick has been previously criticized for his very poor health conditions and habits. He has been ridiculed for admitting that he doesn't shower nor cleans himself, instead only washing his hair. He also said that he doesn't brush his teeth, which has caused them to rot and two of his front teeth to be pushed backward. Nick had also admitted that he's also a coprophiliac, showing that he's covered feces on his wall and has used it to help him masturbate. He has also been mocked for not wanting to get a job, instead wanting to be a house husband to an underaged wife.

In a psychic evaluation taken in 2015, Nick has said he's had homicidal thoughts towards his mother, stepfather, and aunt due to their conservative mindset, although he said he would never act upon these urges.

Nick had a brief girlfriend named Anna where they originally met on a roleplay forum. Nick has been ridiculed for being extremely obsessed by Anna. In some of the chat logs, Nick would talk about his fetishes and admit having molested his half-sister, much to Anna's disgust. On social media, he would write fanfictions and draw pictures about Anna, sometimes relating to coprophilia. He had also claimed that he begged her to marry him and had masturbated to her texts.

Anna soon broke up with Nick and her friend, Miles Edgeworth said in a chat log that Anna hated him and never wanted to talk with him again. In multiple videos on the ConstantButts channel, he showcased a folder in which he keeps all of the letters she sent him and a wall depicting drawings and photos of Anna.

On April 30, 2015, Nick was arrested for accounts of incest charges. Police reported that Nick raped his half-sister, Amber around 2009 to 2010 when she was only 5 to 7 years old. In multiple chat logs, he has said that he would lick her sister's anus where he would lick her cheeks as she couldn't wipe herself after going to the bathroom. Nick had denied the accusations on Twitter and his journals by saying he didn't like her anus, which isn't considered anal sex. He has previously said that he has labeled himself as a pedophile, saying that it should be normalized and legalized in the United States. However, he has stated that he would never have nonconsensual sex with minors.

In 2016, A Kiwi Farms user, Saul Goodman, documented Nick's court case, claiming that Amber (who was 12 at the time) was forced to go to court and to explain the grooming, although Goodman chose not to specify on what she said. Nick was proven guilty and was sentenced to serve 16 to 40 years in prison. He has attempted to appeal his sentence two times, but has failed.
