On October 13, 2022 He was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, Jury recommended this type of sentencing for him basing on his mental health record such as his biological mother took illegal drugs and drinked while being pregnant on him that he should be put to life in prison instead of death penalty, however the the families of his victims was angered with this decision by the jury.
