Organized Crime Syndicate Cells

The following structure is found mostly in Italian, Eastern European, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean mafias. The boss and underboss are usually the ones being reported to by the lower cells listed below. Each cell usually has at least one capo and multiple soldiers and enforcers.

  • Trafficking: Control over drug dealing, gun running, chop shopping, and processing labs, as well as shipping methods and routes.
  • Financial: Control over money laundering, front businesses, and other business ventures which the outfit owns.
  • Political: Responsible for establishing governmental links to officials on local, state, and federal levels.
  • Military: Control over security, punishment, and discipline, as well as bribery in relation to police and military officials.
  • Legal: Control over representation of captured members, recruitment of new members, and overseas representation.
