Taco Bowman, a former leader, was arrested in 1999 for three murders. Another member was convicted of murder in Maine. Many members have also dealt drugs. In Philidelphia, the chapter leader Thomas The Boss Zaroff and 14 others were arrested for the distribution of Meth. In Belgium; members killed off several Hells Angels members at a rock concert.
