The Outlaws Motorcycle Club is a gang formed in 1935 in the town of McCook, Illinois. Their main rivals are the Hells Angels. These clubs have many chapters in America and even outside of America. For instance; the United Kingdom has around 45 different chapters. Taco Bowman, a former leader, was arrested in 1999 for three murders. Another member was convicted of murder in Maine. Many members have also dealt drugs. In Philidelphia, the chapter leader Thomas The Boss Zaroff and 14 others were arrested for the distribution of Meth. In Belgium; members killed off several Hells Angels members at a rock concert.
