'''Peter Mangs''', also known as '''Laser Man II''', is the perpetrator of the 2009–2010 Malmö shootings in Malmö, Sweden. Using a 9 mm Glock 19 handgun, he was responsible for the killing two people and injuring 13 others. He is nicknamed "Laser Man II" because of his obsessive idolization towards [[John Ausonius]], a murderer who committed hate crime shootings in Sweden from 1991-1992. He was purely against immigration, showing bitter hatred and sadism to people that were dark-skinned and/or non-Swedish. Despite this, Mangs himself came from an immigrant background, as his father was born in Närpes, Finland.
Mangs has been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, having been diagnosed since 2005.

It has been reported that Mangs committed at least 16 different shootings across Malmö. Mangs was caught and arrested in 2010 and eventually sentenced to life in prison on November 22, 2012.
