Those who do not represent any value for society. Who cause or will cause only harm to society. I was cleaning our society of such people.|Philipp Budeikin}} '''Philipp Budeikin '''(also known as '''Filipp Lis''') is the charismatic creator of The Blue Whale Game, a suicide game which consists of a series of tasks assigned to players by administrators over a 50-day period, initially innocuous before introducing elements of self-harm, and the final challenge requiring the player to commit suicide. Through the Blue Whale Challenge, Philipp killed 130 people in Russia alone, and has likely killed countless more in other countries. Despite being arrested, he expressed no remorse for his crimes, claiming that the people he killed were biological waste and that he was just trying to clean society of them. Philipp was also likely the inspiration behind the fictitious Momo Challenge, which was popular in 2018 and 2019 and was similar in concept to the Blue Whale Challenge, with both challenges involving the player doing dangerous activities and ending with the player committing suicide.
