Phillip Chism is a 16-year old who is serving a life sentence for murdering 23-year old Colleen Ritzer. He killed her on October 2013 by slicing her throat with a box cutter in a girls' restroom in Danvers High School, where he was in. As of 2014, he attacked a woman in a juvenile detention center in northeastern Massachusetts.
