Phillip Chism is a 16-year old who is serving a life sentence for murdering 23-year old Colleen Ritzer. He killed her on October 2013 by slicing her throat with a box cutter in a girls' restroom in Danvers High School, where he was in. In June 2014, he attacked a female worker in a juvenile detention center in northeastern Massachusetts, eerily similar to the incident with Ritzer.
On December 2015, he was sentenced to life in prison with a chance of parole in 15-16 years due to him being a juvenile delinquent.
