Ramón Saúl Sánchez Rizo (born on 1954) is a notorious Cuban terrorist linked to the development of the terrorists and anti-Cuban organizations in Miami. He has been linked to a dozen terrorist organizations including Organization for liberation of Cuba in 1982, Omega 7, CORU, Alpha 66, National Liberation Front of Cuba, Young Stars and Democracy Movement.
After meeting between Obama and Raúl Castro Ruz during the funeral of Nelson Mandela, he said "Give sadness that Obama shakes hands with a dictator (Raúl Castro) who has smeared his blood."
