Ricardo Riquelme Vega, also known as El Rico, is a Chilean criminal who has been found guilty of ordering an assassination and racketeering drug money.

He has been found guilty of additionally operating an assassination ring and attempting to carry out a murder. Thankfully, no murder was ever found successful, and he was stopped before successfully being able to kill anyone. He was arrested in Santiago, Chile, in October 2017.
