Richard Dart
Richard Dart is a Muslim convert from Dorset who wanted to organize a terrorist attack in the town of Wootton Bassett because it held a remembrance ceremony for dead soldiers. He attempted to join the Taliban after travelling to Pakistan with thousands of pounds, but failed and was imprisoned for eleven years in the UK.
