'''Richard Lee Harris''' is a [[QAnon]] adherent who [[2021 United States Capitol storming|stormed the capitol]] on January 6, 2021. 

Harris is an avid participant at Trump rallies, having attended a local one previously in Salem. Although Harris is not affiliated with far-right groups, he still believed that the 2020 presidential election was rigged and that he was one of many to believe that [[Donald Trump]] [[Big lie|was the true winner of the election]].

He was pictured vandalizing and standing on top of a Gerald Ford statue in the capitol, placing a MAGA hat and a "Trump 2020" flag on it. He was also heard to be shouting and assaulting capitol officers inside the building.
