Robert Fairchild Jr. is a U.S. military veteran who participated of the 2021 United States Capitol storming. He was shown to be pushing barriers and violently attacking police during the storming. He was later arrested and attempted to resist arrest, but failed.
He faces nine charges in total. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 34 years in prison and $855,000 in fines.
