'''Robert L. Bauer''' is a Kentucky trucker who was arrested for participating in the [[2021 United States Capitol storming|U.S. capitol riots]]. He arrived along with fellow rioter [[Ed Hemenway|Edward Hemenway]] to [[Donald Trump]]'s "Save America" rally before attempting to storm the capitol. 

He was later investigated and caught after posting photos of him in the capitol on his Facebook page. Further evidence from the FBI showed inside footage in the capitol with Bauer being a rioter who was caught flipping the middle finger to the camera.

Bauer was arrested a week after the riot in January 2021. His crimes qualify as a class B misdemeanor, and is therefore punishable by up to six months in prison, a maximum $5,000 fine and up to a year of supervised release.
