Robert Poulin was born to Stuart and Mary Poulin. Stuart was an elementary teacher whilst his mother worked as a nurse. By all accounts they were loving parents. Robert had two older sisters who also lived in the same residence - a two-and-a-half story Tudor-style home in the quiet south of Ottawa. | |||
