Ronald Poppo was sitting on the MacArthur Causeway, when suddenly, a naked,31-year-old, African-American, male, attacked the 65-year-old Poppo, out of nowhere. Many cars drove by while Poppo was being savagely torn apart. When police shown up, they found the attacker, Eugene, and Poppo naked. Poppo had both his eyes removed. After many times of police telling Eugene to stop, they shot him in the back, killing him. | |||
