Sahmir Pasha Tahlib Smokes (c.1999/2000) is an American murderer responsible for killing Nygel Allen-Lee Simmons in June 2020 in Carney, Maryland. Smokes was alter charged with first-degree murder with no chance for bail. Some people think that the attack was targeted, however this has not been proven nor disproven.
