[[File:Samantha Barbash.png|thumb|367x367px]] '''Samantha Barbash''', aka '''Samantha Foxx''' (born 1974) is the villainous ringleader of a robbery scam that took place during the 2010s, which was retold in the 2019 film, ''Hustlers''. Samantha had worked as a stripper since 1993, but it was during the recession that Samantha turned heel and masterminded a robbery scheme. She colluded with a group of fellow strippers to drug, seduce, and rob their clients, which were mainly Wall Street-types, though it was uncovered that one of their victims was in the music world. The group's downfall came when one of the girls boasted about a hustle during a phone conversation, and regarding Samantha, she pleaded guilty in 2017 and received a sentence of five years' probation. Samantha's exploits were retold in the film, ''Hustlers'', which was released in theaters on September 13, 2019. The film starred Jennifer Lopez as Ramona Vega, who was based on Samantha, and regarding the Samantha, she was interviewed on ''20/20'' that same day and on ''Inside Edition'' three days later on the 16th. It was revealed that Samantha owned a medical spa in Queens, and regarding the film, she stated that while she liked the film, she didn't find it accurate, adding that Jennifer Lopez's character was more cold-hearted than she is in real life. She also added that rapper Cardi B (who was also in the film in a small role) should have been cast to play her.
