'''Serhiy Fedorovich Tkach''' (September 15, 1952 - November 4, 2018) was an Ukrainian police officer turned serial killer. He killed for at least 37 women and little girls from 1980-2005, but he claimed to have killed more than 100 women. He was arrested in August 30, 2005. Many other men were wrongfully imprisoned for Serhiy's killings. One of the men wrongfully jailed killed himself, and another was not released until 2012.
