== 2020 Streatham attack == On February 2, 2020, Amman stole a knife from a shop on Streatham High Street in London and non-fatally stabbed two bystanders. Reportedly, he was wearing a fake suicide vest in a similar fashion to the London Bridge attackers. Armed police chased Amman down the road and shot him outside a chemist's, killing him and wounding a third bystander who was hit by broken glass. Due to the attack being perpetrated by a man who was released early from prison despite being a terrorist, which was already in the headlines due to the 2019 Fishmonger's Hall attack by Usman Khan, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson passed the Terrorist Offender's Bill, ending early releases for terrorists.
