I respectfuly disagree. While her crimes are through her brother, she is still a member of the Kim dynasty and was the driving force behind her brother's cult of personality. She is also known to punish those working for her by the smallest things.

If you want a member of the Kim dynasty that doesn't really warrant a place on this wiki, look at Kim Jong-suk.
