I think Becky is saying that she does not know whether to be satisfied or happy and if so I agree with her; Even with Phelps gone, there are people like him still out there and just possibly there is another Fred phelps being made right now just like how there have been other Adam Lanzas.

We must do everything in our power to stop our world turning into a cruel, cruel place because if we act too late, we will learn a lesson taught in fire, blood and anguish.
