I  agree. That how the world is; there's good guys and bad guys. When I was young watching war films, I always assumed that the Germans and Japs were bad guys, it was not until I watched films like "Das Boot" and "Letters from Iwo Jima" that it really showed me that history is written by the victors. Because it wasn't until "Tora, Tora, Tora" that I actually knew WHY the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. Pronganda said "Why do you want to piss off Japan when you can avoid it?" That never made sense to me. There had to have been a motive. And I'm not surprised at all that the said motive was removed from history books and never taught in school. That's why it is important to listen to the older generation. especially those that where there during critical turning point in history. That's seems like the only way to get the facts. To be honest, this world if F@$ked up.

I agree with the fact war and terrorism are never a case of "good" versus "evil" as they are motived by politics, religions and a heap ton of cultural differences - all I am saying is evil does exist, not in mass amounts like people claim during war (i.e. this world leader is evil or this entire army is evil etc) but it does exist in the case of killers and torturers who do so purely for "fun" or sexual kicks.
In short, political leaders and so on are never "evil" - just controversial.. however murderers who spread chaos and death and are proud of doing so are arguably a case for evil existing.
So evil does exist in the world, good also exists - too many dismiss both as fantasy and try for amoralism, which doesn't do the world any good.. we have to accept there are some universal evils, such as cold-blooded murder and torture, if the motive is nothing more than harming others for "kicks" then you have a hard time trying to say that isn't evil.
The problem is for most of human history people have tried to use the concept of "good" and "evil" to get what they want and justify oppression - that has to be got rid of if we are ever to focus on the true good and evils of the world, sadly it's human nature to want what one does not currently have and some are willing to use "good versus evil" to achieve victory, again - it doesn't mean there is no good or evil in the world, it's just people have to rethink on what those things mean and come up with a universal (or close to it) theory on what is truly evil and not, Human Rights was an attempt to do this but requires a TON of improvement etc.
