she wasn't always bad
we can't say she's a ruthless mastermind! she was an evil man's pawn, they all were!
She was a psychopath. While she obiviously wasn't an Absolute Evil, she still lacked a conscience and empathy, and was more of a Neutral Evil alignment, due to her willingness to work with law and order in order to suit her needs.
